At Cocoonfxmedia its all steam ahead this month as the company grows and develops even more new technology. The firm have recently launched an ‘easy to use’ content management system that is designed for the education industry, more specifically for single Academy trusts, schools and multi- Academy trusts.
The content management system uses clever technology to give users; unlimited pages on their websites, pre-loaded templates of the 17 pages that Ofsted say you must have on your website, it is able to automatically pull information related to school performance tables, making those administrators jobs at schools a little easier, saving time and making days more efficient.
James Blackman Managing Director said:
“The system is completely bespoke to fit the users exact needs. If you need anything customised or additional functionality no problem. The system is built on a flexible base which allow us to easily adapt the system to suit your exact needs.
Furthermore, once the website is live we don’t just leave you to it, we will train you on how to use the system- we won’t leave you on your own.
A website is extremely important for your school and could be that one thing that’s holding your school back from getting the ‘outstanding’ review.”
Design Partner, Glen Tapper had this to say:
“We don’t provide templates for you to buy off the shelf but we tailor design our sites to meet the requirements of your school and the goals and objectives of your marketing strategy.
It’s a really exciting time for us here at Cocoonfxmedia, we’re really enjoying breaking into new markets and solving the pains teachers face every day when asked to manage school websites.
Especially with the recent snow, our system can send automatic texts if a school is closed due to this which lets parents, students and teachers all know that the school is not open.”
The CMS system was launched by the close of 2017 and is now available to schools, single Academy trusts and multi Academy trusts.
